How to Apply
- Apply Step 1 Base Coat to the nail, then dip into powder at a 45-degree angle.
- Tap off excess powder and repeat if additional coverage is desired.
- Apply Step 2 Activator and allow to dry completely.
- Shape and buff the nail, then apply Activator again.
- Finish with Step 3 Top Coat for a glossy, long-lasting shine.
